How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play. Open
your device's subscription settings to cancel any time — your
premium access continues until the end of the current period.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can request deletion from within the app's profile settings,
or email us at
info@globochain.net and
we'll remove your data within 30 days.
Is Emotionly a medical or therapy service?
No. Emotionly is a wellness and self-awareness tool and is not a
substitute for professional care. If you're in crisis, please
contact a licensed professional or your local emergency services.
